We are seeking senior HR, Recruitment Thought Leaders who wish to contribute to the startup ecosystem and help in streamlining the HR/Recruitment processes and provide various challenges for AI intervention.
It is purely a strategic role on self support basis and compensation will be on equity, profit sharing and identifying global project opportunities for similar transformations in overseas market. We also invite recruitment / staff augmentation entrepreneurs for such collaborations.
Candidates will need to spend time on mutually agreed basis with student/academicians and if possible set up innovation centers within their own company or recommend like minded companies for such initiatives.
This helps the company to reduce operation costs and leverage on our expertise which includes 500+ mentors, 1000+ associates on various projects.
Candidates with experience in mass media and communication can also apply.
