Salary bracket: 18000 to 23000 per month
Exp - 4-7 Years.(Must have experience working with IT corporates (NO PLACEMENT AGENCIES).

Responsibilities and Duties
Selected Candidate's day-to-day & END to END HR Job Description: -
* Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting
tools, Job portals and Social networking recruitment.
* Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT
skills.
* Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes
to short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews.
* Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through job portals.
* Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.
* Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
* Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
Key Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills., Must be a quick thinker and learner, Must have positive attitude
