1) Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
2) Screening and shortlisting resumes
3) Performing phone interviews with candidates
4) Following up with candidates on the interview schedule.
5) Maintaining monthly MIS°Candidates with minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment with good communication skills will be preferred.
