Job for HR Recruiter. The part will be of recruiting and there will be many more opportunities to Learn through the way.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
EXPERIENCE- 1. Freshers or having at least 1 year of Experience in recruitment are preferred for the job.
2.Should have Good Recruitment Skills.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
