Responsibilities:
Maintain and Create job postings and post to a variety of websites
Interview scheduling and coordination
Build a strong candidate pipeline for various roles: Sales, Marketing, PR
Track applicants
Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
Qualification:
At least 2 years of recruiting experience
Basic understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage passive candidates
Excellent research skills
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to deal with a rapidly changing office environment
A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator – you intuitively find the right tone in every situation
Has no supervisory responsibility, provides basic work direction usually one-on-one.
Knowledgeable about start-up culture and excited by quick growth
