Candidate should have core experience in recuitment for all IT or Non IT,
Job decsription:
Sourcing resumes (Browsing, Contacts, and References )
Checking the quality and suitability of the C.V as per the requirement. Short listing the candidate, scheduling interviews.
Maintaining database and reports.
Understanding manpower requisition from concerned department.
Sourcing candidate that match the desired skill
Screening the candidate by conducting telephonic interview
Encouraging the employee to provides reference for better prospect
Arranging for technical interview and co-ordination with the concerned person
Communicating the employment status to applied candidate
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidate.
Maintaining Daily Report
Candidate sholud have team handling experience.
