Job Description:
1. Candidate has to play 90% Recruitment role & 10% HR Generalist role
2. Preparation of JD for different profiles within Company itself
3. Searching & Screening Resumes through: Personal references, Existing Employees contacts, Search Engines: Monster.com, naukri.com etc
4. Conducting Primary assessment Interviews on telephone
5. Scheduling Interviews with interview panel
6. Maintaining Recruitment MIS/ Database on daily basis
