Responsibilities and Duties
1. Going through various job portals and screening resumes.
2. Tieing up with agencies over PAN India & negotiating contracts
3. Updating your internal database with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
4. Taking the telephonic and face to face round of interviews of the selected candidates.
5. Cordinating with recruitment agencies and consultancies.
Key Skills
1. Knowledge of PAN India Recruitment, Positive attitude towards rejection , Recruitment specialist , English Proficiency(spoken), English Proficiency(written), Basic computer knowledge
