1.Screen candidates resumes and job applications
2.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
3.Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
4.Coordinating with various internal stakeholder of the requirements.
5.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
6.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
7.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
8.Maintain various MIS report.
9.Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
10.Handle Background verification
11.Coordination with team for Onboarding the selected candidates.
12.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
13.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
14.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
