HR strategic role. Responsible for mapping & integrating group companies, various businesses and its resources.
Gap Analysis As is vs. Target environment by business line & verticals.
Review & streamline HR functions, processes, policies and systems in a structured manner.
Plan Transition states in phases.
Identify & train key influencers from each business to assist in the process.
Hire new resources for vacancies as per new organization chart and roles.
Spearheading entire HR OPERATIONS inclusive of supervising payroll management & Statutory Compliance, policy formation/updation & implementation.
Strategize the long/short-term directions by forecasting the future manpower requirement; designed plans to acquire requisite skills and competencies.
Responsible for EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT initiatives aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and belongingness amongst the employees.
Required Candidate profile
Candidates with minimum 5 years experience in working with Hotel, Hospital, travel or education companies.
Must have good HR policy review implementation, strategy experience.
