As a Zonal HR incumbent will be responsible for managing complete employee life cycle.
Being the point of contact, closely tracking manpower requirement & sourcing talent through various channels to ensure branches are adequately manned.
Maintaining the quality of new hires through proper screening & background checks.
Responsible for on-boarding of new joiners in coordination with Ops Team & ensuring they are settled in their new assignment.
Driving Employee Engagement initiatives in coordination with Engagement Team across the zone.
Managing attrition for the region through various HR interventions.
Taking up special assignments for improvement of Best Practices & Processes.
Data Management & preparing dashboards for the region.
