Doing outbound calls to potential leads and fixing appointments with applicants.
Counselling Students and Parents about courses and training plans.
Interacting with the walkins as well as telephonic query of the prospective clients .
Managing enquiries and making effective follow ups with prospective applicants via phone or e-mail.
Giving feedback about the enquiries to the immediate supervisors .
Updating daily, weekly & monthly enquiries , sales report.
Generating new leads through old enquiries & references.
Maintaining a good relationship with enrolled applicants and parents.
Handling applicant grievances .
