Source, screen & evaluate candidates for IT & Non-IT roles
Coordinate interviews & manage scheduling
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout & onboarding
Use ATS tools to track & ensure timely follow-ups
Required Candidate profile
2-4 yrs of exp in end-to-end IT/Non-IT recruitment
Exp in salary negotiation & offer preparation
Familiarity with ATS tools is an advantage
No gaps in work experience
