Responsibility
Design & implement objective Rewards & recognition program
Management of overseeing of legal issues of the Company.
Performance Review, Company Policies, Employee connecting,Grievance Handling, Statutory compliances of HR
Rewards & Recognition, Appreciation, Learning and development, recreational activities, corporate social responsibilities
Identifying workforce requirements to achieve company short and long term goals and objectives (i.e. cross functional ability, workforce expansion or reduction)
Facilitate development of 2nd line leaders within stipulated time of leadership
competence to perform specific tasks. Prepare a training programme and training plan to ensure employee efficiency.
Supervise all admin & it admin related matters
Attrition Rate reduction
Manage & facilitate end to end Integral Function HR including, recruitment and selection.
Monitor and ensures the effectiveness of the grievance addressal mechanism and employee query handling processes.
Ensure awareness of individual roles and responsibilities for performance.
Implement strategies related to workforce, communicate the same to the team & assist the leadership team toward achieving the larger business goal.
Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 22,50,000 P.A.
