• Ensuring coordination with various HR consultants / agencies in recruitments.
• Coordinating with various campuses in passing them information of various openings.
• Identifying and shortlisting candidates for various cycles of interview and selection.
• Helping with decision making whenever required, and ensuring candidates joining.
• Coordinating with various top Universities and internship sites to post internship openings.
• Intern shortlisting, lining up for interviews, coordinating on various roles and profiles, and managing their arrangement.
