Now at a cusp of PAN India multi-laboratory expansion, GD is seeking intelligent and experienced personnel to help set up and manage laboratories in the way of massive scale-up of its operations across all key cities of India, more specifically starting from NCR followed by Calcutta. Position: Vice President/ Assistant Vice President– Human Resources. Desired Profile Post Graduates, with an MBA (HR) with minimum 12+ years of convincing experience of handling end-to-end human Resources Department, preferably (not mandatorily) in the healthcare field. Job Responsibilities Recruitment for senior positions across all business divisions across different locations/ Cities for all departments ranging from Lab Operations to Information Technology. Responsibilities will include sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiations, motivating to onboard and eventually conduct high quality induction to align the new joiners with company’s value system. Independently prepare Job Descriptions for basic as well as the complex responsibilities. Manpower planning, budgeting, approvals and execution within the planned budgets and timelines. Development of the recruitment process with the HoDs for effective interviewing and selection. Frame HR policies, design control mechanisms and most importantly ensure the implementation of the policies uniformly in a multi-city operations model. Maintain work ethics, productivity and discipline across entire hierarchy. Not shy away from taking disciplinary actions in the best interest of the organization Assist the top management all through the expansion plans Note: It’s a must to have excellent writing skills and a very good command on English.
