To design and implement short, mid-term & long-term strategy for business specific HR initiatives in alignment to the overall business strategy.
To define goals and objectives for Business HR, deriving from the objectives and goals of the Business and overall HR function.
Efficient and effective delivery for overall HR responsibilities like Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, 360 Assessments, Succession Planning, Capability Development, Rotational Programs, Talent Pipeline Initiatives and Leadership Development Programs.
Delivering hands on work for Rewards & Compensation and proactively managing expectations of employees.
High Focus on development of people and hands on approach for employee development interventions.
Focus on Career counselling and designing and developing the jobs for career growth
Responsible for Employee Engagement and continuous improvement of the engagement scores.
Ensure the welfare of employees by staying in touch and resolving day to day issues.
Focus on rigour of Performance Management system and support the integration of its philosophy into strategic business plans in order to ensure its effectiveness for Business connect
Partnering with Business Units to integrate existing workforce plans, staffing and hiring strategy in order to ensure the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent, at all levels and on a global basis, in a continuous pipeline
To assess Organizational Effectiveness as well as support and develop a variety of Organizational Development initiatives in driving excellence within the Business to help lead Transformational Change & improve Organizational Effectiveness.
Anticipate HR implications of key business initiatives and decisions and recommend necessary and /or alternative actions to support the achievement of desired business results
Work closely with Leadership, deliver solutions to meet the business’ needs to drive and sustain change initiatives to improve performance.
Ensure compliance to all personnel policies and labour laws across the business/ units/ factories/ countries. Review and recommend changes to company policies, procedures and practices as appropriate.
