Will be handling South-West region.
Responsible for leading end to end HR function.
Full HR spectrum of Performance Management Systems, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation management and HR Operations.
Well versed in developing HR infrastructure, policies and systems
Ability to influence and partner at different levels of organization to achieve results
Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving and strategic thinking.
Excellent Leadership skills with proven capability of handling large teams.
Excellent communicator with ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Track record of consistently high levels of performance and entrusted with increasingly responsible roles.
