Roles and Responsibilities
Having hands on Experience handling end to end recruitment
Responsible for sourcing candidates as and when the requirement arises.
Responsible for Manpower Planning
Ensure proper induction of new joinees documentation and maintenance of personal file.
Prepare MIS data as required by the Zonal team and CO team.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
Handling bio-metric registrations.
ID card issuance
Liasioning with vendors for Police Verification
Conducting Back Ground Verification for employees
HR Operations- Attendance , Payroll, Leave Balance, Performance Appraisal & Exit formalities.
Good in excel & related formulas.
