JOB DETAILS
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.At least 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment (Freshers with Good Communication can also apply).
2.Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical positions.
3.Experience working for MSP/VMS clients and W2 requirements.
4.Experience prioritizing and working on multiple requisitions.
5.Experience in sourcing from tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, The Ladders etc. is highly preferred.
6.Sourcing, tracking and managing candidates through ATS.
7.MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
8.Good Email Etiquettes.
9.Excellent communication skill with good interpersonal skill.
10.Need to be willing to work long term with us.
