Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions.
Also, review and present resumes to hiring managers.
Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
Review and understand technical job requirements.
Research on new technologies.
Follow up with candidates.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate/PG
Willing to work at Night Shifts.
Freshers with Good Communication
Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.
Fair knowledge of technology.
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
Self-confidence and self-starter.
Must be able to work in a team.
Strong zeal to make a career in the international staffing industry
