Roles and Responsibilities
2-6 years experience in Recruitment & Recruitment Admin, Interview scheduling, Offer letter creation. Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers and interviewing candidates.
Should have done US / Canada/ Non-It /Domestic based recruitment.

Good oral and written communication skills. Should be able to converse with the candidates and explain the job roles to the candidates .
