Job description
Looking for a HR Admin Assistance along with knowledge of immigration (visa filing), who has some experience.
Will be able to come to office daily.
Will be responsible for on boarding w2 employees irrespective of the visa status.
Will be able to help in preparing the reports, maintain accounts, prepare statements.
Should have knowledge about I-9 and conduct audits internally.
Should be able to follow up with the candidates for the expired documents.
Should be able to co-ordinate with attorney for the immigration process (H1b,PERM).
E-Verify, GC process, BGV, CAP, CPT, OPT knowledge preferred.
