hould Individually handle the entire end to end process of HR
Ensure positive culture throughout the organization by ensuring employee welfare activities,
Ensure implementation of HR processes in the organization, Research, design, implement and administer all company benefit & HR policy plans.
Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff
Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including, interviewing and consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation along with on boarding process.
Maintain 100% fill rate of on roll & off roll employees.
Ensure joining formalities are done on time, Induction and JD & KRA Clarification is given to each employee joining the organization.
Uniform Management
Coordinate with Consultants for various permanent staffing requirements.
Maintain records of manpower in the software
Maintain records as required by labour law.
Prepare reports for the management meeting
Handle attendance and payroll
Manage staff training/development program
Deal with internal and external audits

Manager initial formalities of statutory compliance-PF, ESIC, TDS, etc
Maintain all personnel files & MIS report.
Oversee performance evaluation procedures.
Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing and other statutory perspectives
Perform other related duties as required
Employee engagement.
Calculation of Incentives.
Resolve employee grievances and salary related issues.
Conducting confirmation of staff on time with the operations manager and update the confirmation to the employee and in software.
Performance Management- Manage and drive performance Review (Mid-Year) and Performance Appraisal (Annual) with the respective Manager's and update the same in software
Perform Employee Engagement Activities on regular basis. Identify and recognize employees on monthly basis for demonstrating organizational values.
Counselling, mentoring, Performance feedback and career planning to staff as and when required. Self-rating and superior rating and next year targets.
Ensured timely execution of all processes involved in the PMS cycle.
Resolved employee queries post the PMS cycle
Ensure timely exit formalities of separating employee's and process FNF on time.
