3. Conducting the HR Interviews and processing the candidature for further
process interviews if shortlisted
4. Salary negotiation and offer enrollment
5. Playing pivotal role in handling policy and procedure
6. HR MIS for Management on monthly and weekly basis
7. Overlooking all the HR activities of the HR team
8. Preparing the Employee goal sheet and KRA/KPI
9. Taking necessary disciplinary action for non-adherence to policies
10. Handling appraisal process and conducting appraisals as per appraisal cycle
11. Handling statutory audit
12. Maintaining leave records and attendance record
13. Approving the necessary activities of HR
14. Planning and organizing the employee engagement activities
15. Handling R & R activities
16. Giving HR induction to new joiners
17. Conducting EXIT Interviews and planning retention of employees
18. Cross checking all the reimbursement bills of the employees
19. Day to day HR and admin Support to management
20. Handling ESIC, PF, Gratuity, PT, LWF, and all the other statutory
compliances from time to time(after registration)
21. Handling Payroll Process
22. Handling Attendance muster and biometric system
23. Handling employee grievances and resolving them it TAT
24. Updating the HR notice board from time to time
