JOB DETAILS
We are hiring for "Corporate HR" role for our In-house Team.
Handling end-to-end recruitment from identifying and sourcing appropriate talent through job boards,social media tools, and other resources till on-boarding.
Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting candidates from various Job portals.
Proactive coordination with respective team manager to gather and updated on the open requirements.
Responsible for mass mailing to the relevant candidates through Naukri.com.
Doing proactive recruitment, pipe lining candidates and building the database.
Utilizing innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
Conducting Telephonic/ In person interview to determine experience and skills at Pre-screening level.
Interview coordination, schedule meetings and maintaining agendas.
Reference checking, issuing offer letter and continuous follow up until on-boarding.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to join.
Involved in employee engagement and conducting fun activities on special occasions
Support other assigned functions
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Smart, preservant, and ambitious.
Should have pleasant personality.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
At-least (2-6yr) experience from a US Staffing/IT Consulting Industry.
5 days working
Shift (9.00AM- 6.00PM)
