Good Communication Skills
60% and above with no backlogs
Responsibilities:
Handling the complete recruitment cycle.
Understand the requirement and hiring needs and shortlisting candidates based on skills, compensation, and Location.
Sourcing through different job portals, Internal database, social media.
Job Location: Onward Technologies, Marathahalli, Bengaluru
Joining Date : 4th July 2022
A separate agreement would be required to sign off on the minimum commitment of Working with Onward for continuous 2 Years 6 Months. This is mandatory as there would be a rigorous training on Tools/Techniques/Projects which would be imparted to the selected candidates to execute the assignment assigned.
