JOB DETAILS
1.Excellent understanding of office administration and people management.
2.Should be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, recruitment and closure of right technical candidates is mandatory.
3.Should be responsible for housekeeping, vendor management, stationary, purchases and other admin related activities is mandatory.
4.Should be responsible for payroll activities, statutory compliances, employee personal and all other confidential data or information.
5.Should be comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other technologies related to HRMS.
6.Should be able to think out of the box innovative solutions.
7.Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
8.Should have excellent employee and vendor interaction skills.
9.Should be sincere, accountable, responsible and committed.
