Responsibilities and Duties
- To source for officers/engineers from the new database.
- To keep a close track on the officers/engineers and screen the application forms before calling the officer/engineer, in order to ensure that the application meets the requirements of the Company.
- To liaise closely with the Manning Superintendents regarding the requirements and application forms received for the suitability of the candidate.
- To liase with the field offices.
