To lead the compensation and benefits function oversee all aspects of the specialization ensure that the C&B initiatives are aligned to the group policies and to drive continuous improvement in the function. In addition he also manages the varied operational matters related to the HR functioning and coordinates the same.-To control the most critical component of the performance management system rollout across all levels-To manage the development and implementation of compensation including all aspects of basic pay incentives both annual and long term and equity awards-To develop and implement competitive new benefits packages ensuring in line with legal and group policy requirements
