Summary
This Technical Recruitment & Talent Management Specialist position will be responsible to establish and execute technical recruitment for computer software and hardware developer in 5G, BI, AI, ML, IoT, autonomous drive and cloud computing domains. This position is also responsible to propose/execute/facilitate with global management personnel to build up and cultivate the team in India as part of the global teams in different countries to collaborate, deliver and create values to our clients in multi-culture working environment.
We only have small team now, but we need you to help us to scale it.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment - Perform recruitment activities through the recruitment cycle including resume review, interview, employment offering, negotiation, and onboarding
Talent Management – Work with global management personnel to build up the talent pool, establish process/system/culture to maintain the talent pool and act as “customer service” to the engineers in the talent pool. This position is complementing to our global HR personnel.

Education and/or Experience
Requires Bachelor’s degree in computer related field.
Have at least 2-years’ recruiter experience
Have at least 1-years’ HR experience
Have at least 1-years’ experience working with multi-national corporation
Have excellent English-speaking capacity
Essential Skills:
Can digest technical insight to perform basic general interview to evaluate the potential of candidate to move to next stage during recruitment cycle
“Customer Care” to our talent pool engineers. Have good communication and listen skill set to convey, understand, mitigate, and report critical matters to global management personnel
Strong research and sourcing capacity to fulfill the need from talent pool for various perspectives (training, needed support for individuals)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional and credible demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible to work overtime for special projects or business supports
