Role Purpose:-
CIVICA is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled internal recruiter to join our Baroda office. The post holder must be able to take control of the whole recruitment process, liaising with hiring managers and candidates in order to ensure we are attracting top talent into CIVICA. The ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in English (written and oral) and have a persuasive nature.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:-
Act as the main focal point for all recruitment activities in Civica India office and assist with sourcing candidates for our UK office.
Responsible for delivery against the recruitment plan by being proactive and timely.
Thoroughly review job descriptions to understand the requirements and liaise with hiring managers to better understand profiles of the candidates sought.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews in person, by phone or via video conference to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience.
Drive direct hiring across both countries in order to reduce agency costs where possible.
Source candidates through various means such as job boards, LinkedIn etc. and build a talent pipeline.
Use different attraction methods including writing and posting job adverts and negotiating with job boards.
Drive the use of the employee referral scheme.
Responsible for ensuring hiring managers review CVs and provide feedback in a timely fashion.
Ensure interviews are timely and conducted in a professional manner.
Provide training to hiring managers where appropriate.
Education:- Graduate any Degree or MBA/Masters
Position Type:- Contractural for 6 months and convert to Perm.
Essential Competencies:-
Solid understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Proven experience in the whole recruitment process from understanding the requirement and drafting a job description to shortlist and interviewing
Good knowledge and understanding of current recruitment law and best practice
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive personality
Able to work independently and within a team
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships
Good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular, Word and Outlook
