We have a great opportunity with our company and are looking for young talented US IT Technical Recruiters with very good English communication skill and proven work experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. IT Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Comfortable to work in night shift
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Hands-on experience with the Job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation of the United States
