We are looking for Team Lead - Compliance (CLRA / Factory Act) for our Client at Goregaon (Mumbai) Location. Other Details are as follows:
Designation: Team Lead - HR Compliance (Male Candidates Only)
Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate with Good Communication Skills
Experience: 4yr to 7yrs in HR Compliance
Job Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)
Specialization Required: PF and ESI procedural compliances (not payroll or Generalist). Must have Contract Labour Act or Factory Act Compliance exposure, i.e. annual return, various applicable Labour Laws and exposure in dealing with authorities. Candidate must be willing to travel for official / Compliance work.
Job Responsibilities:
* Person will be taking care of overall PF and ESI procedural compliances (not payroll or Generalist)
* Person will be handling a team of 3 to 5 persons.
* PF/ESI Calculation, PF/ESI Online Challans Submission & Return maintenance as per Contract Labour Act / Factory Act
* Registration/Renewal/amendment under Contract Labour Act / Factory Act
* Preparation and Maintenance of statutory registers
* Timely submission of annual/half-early/quarterly returns under various Labour Laws
* Handling inspections on behalf of the clients
* Liaison with Labour, ESI, PF and other Govt. authorities
* Audit of Contractors statutory documents
* All other Compliance related activities.
* Soft Spoken, Pleasing Personality, Computer Proficiency and English Fluency is mandatory.
