JOB DETAILS              
Screening, sourcing and shortlisting relevant profiles for open positions in TranZact. Build talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovate methods. Develops candidate interest for available positions in the company. Develops a network of referrals. Developing new recruitment strategies for improving work efficiencies. Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc. Scheduling interviews with higher management and following up on the same to ensure smooth process of recruitment. Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment. Experience into hiring junior as well as senior positions. Well versed with CV scanning tools such as, Job portals, Linked In, Social Media platforms. Experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications. Graduate with good communication skills. Ability to work in a startup and under pressure. Fluency in English.

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for candidate generation primarily through direct sourcing and research. They work with a large pool of passive candidates, but there could be active candidates as well. The Recruiting Specialist works closely with all the managers of respective departments to understand the requirement and source candidates accordingly.
