Job Title Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Department HR Job Location Vashi, Navi Mumbai Role & Responsibilities Develop and update job descriptions in consultation with the Hiring Managers Ensuring closure within the stipulated hiring timelines without compromising on hiring quality as per agreed SLA’s Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating for interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks, offer closure, etc. Source and attract candidates through various channels like Job Portals, Professional networking sites, internal references, etc. Coordinating with Hiring managers to arrange interviews, calendar management, and ensuring timely feedback from interview panel members Effectively negotiate compensation to arrive at proper fitment within the standard grid of the organization Responsible for all junior, senior and management level hiring across IT and non-IT positions through direct sourcing channels Develop and manage position-specific screening questionnaires, aptitude tests and screening tests Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, walk-in recruitment drives, etc. Conduct reference checks for prospective candidates if required Work Experience & Domain Knowledge: 3- 5 years of end to end recruitment experience for individual, managerial and executive level positions Proficient in using portals like Naukri, Monster and Social media like Facebook and LinkedIn A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates using direct sourcing channels The ability to identify qualified candidates for various projects, contacting them through cold calling and head hunting Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaborating skills Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent / MBA HR Preferred Apply Now Please email your detailed CV to careers@smarteinc.com
