ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding the client's requirements and searching resumes through internal databases, References, and Job sites i.e., Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, etc.
Shortlisting resumes by evaluating candidate skills, and experience based on requirements.
Conducting Telephonic interviews of the candidate to understand if they are suitable as per the client's requirement and also to know their interest
Interacting & Coordination with the client for new mandates, scheduling interviews & feedback.
Job Posting on various job sites. Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, etc.
Understanding the Compensation details & supporting the company in Salary negotiation
Acting as an interface between the company and candidates.
Screening, shortlisting and sourcing the resumes as per company requirements.
Involved in the complete life cycle of the Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to
Joining of the candidate.
Understanding the Stages in the Process of Recruitment Gathering client Requirements.
Responsible to fulfil bulk requirements of the company.
Ensuring completion of onboarding formalities.
Conducting Induction Overview for New joiners.
KEY SKILLS:
