Job description Roles and Responsibilities Job Summary: The Senor HR Executive is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. Responsibilities: Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Structuring compensation and benefit packages. Improving relations between staff and employers. Evaluating by overseeing recruitment needs and efforts. Managing and allocating HR funds. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring calls are scheduled in alignment with the sourcing strategies. Make sure that the candidate joins on time and follows up with the candidate if needed. Updating the tracker with the candidate data and stakeholder feedback and sharing with respective stakeholders, accordingly. Assisting the operations team in the post recruitment activities. Interacting with the talent pool and sharing employment opportunities to the candidates, extending offers and negotiating to enhance the number of offer acceptances. Promoting positive relationships and strong partnerships to enhance the candidate and client experience. Requirements: Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Analytical skills. Problem-solving skills. Proactive nature. Excellent interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to details. Highly organized. Good people/customer relationship management skills. Qualifications: Master Degree in Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
