JOB DETAILS
We are looking for Senior HR Recruiter who are focused in delivering results for the team as mentioned below:
a. Monitor and Guide the team of consultants on the positions given by Client and help them find CVs.
b. Ensure CVs shortlisted by consultants are in line with the client requirements before they are sent to Client.
c. Ensure that consultants maintain quality of CVs being sent to Client and delivery is as per deadlines set for EOD.
d. Coordinating with consultants, sales and Clients to ensure proper delivery and on-boarding process for consultants.
e. Train recruiters to perform resume searches on external databases (Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn) and on Mapping.
f. Developing new recruitment strategies for improving work efficiencies.
g. Ensure that assigned targets of the team are met on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
h. Prepare weekly reports for clients to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found.
i. Will handle Clients to understand the issues and help in position closures.
This role will not have individual target and focus only on achievement of consultants targets.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in recruitments
2. Deep understanding of the recruitment processes and exposure to working on various types of positions.
3. Leadership qualities and Problem solver.
4. Ability to guide and motivate team in achieving their targets.
5. Should be well versed with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn , Mapping etc
6. Excellent Communication Skills
Working Timings: 09.30 AM - 06.30 PM, or 10.00 AM -07.00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday),
