The scope of the job focuses on Sourcing of the relevant Candidates, for Sales, Designing, costing, Production, Stores, Commercialization, Projects, Commissioning, After Sales, Workshop whilst converting from potential candidatures to resourceful employees within stipulated time frame.

Understanding and be expert in end to end recruitment process for niche roles.
Mapping Competitors and alternate industries candidates
Update Manpower requisition as and when needed
Filing the employment details and document as per requisite
Hands on Experience of Application Tracking Source, Portals, Job Posting, Referrals,
Incumbent should know excel, PowerPoint presentations to prepare reports
Through stakeholder management for recruitment related job
Job Responsibilities- KRA
Timely completion of recruitment activities
Monthly Attendance submission
Updating of each Employee record on the software right from joining till confirmation to exit
Preparing offer letters, appointment Letters, Confirmation letters, increment letters relieving letters & termination letters
Maintain documents and files regularly as per IMS
Arrange Line manager meeting to understand the upcoming requirements
