We are looking at hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) for our client, one to the top IT companies for its Mumbai and Thane office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Looking at Talent Acquisition Professional with expertise in Technology / IT recruitment (end-to-end)
Would be predominantly responsible in recruitment across IT skill sets & different domains
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job boards, social media etc.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule for open positions
Maintaining MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Network Sphere of other Recruitment specialists
Develop talent acquisition and retention system
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate in HR.
3-6 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
Presence of mind and Good Decision maker
Extremely Organized, Efficient & Proactive
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
Salary: CTC 3-7 lacs p.a
