• Act as center point between Corp.Office and Mumbai team for efficient & effective day-to-day working.
• Communicate, coordinate and act as window person for taking care of day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for IR, Security, Safety, Administration, Utility.
• Responsible for expansion related GA activities.
• Ensure harmonious industrial relations by work along with 3rd Party Logistics Company.
• Act as IR/HR face to take care of employee grievances and other associate issues.
• Responsible in development and improvement projects related to functional area.
• Ensure overall legal and statutory compliances as applicable to the location.
• Act as check-point in terms of improving cost effectiveness and avoiding unnecessary expenses
• Upkeep of Office and Warehouse
