JOB DETAILS
This will be a regional role where in the incumbent will be responsible for all the existing & upcoming branches across Karnataka.
Identifying & Fulfilling manpower requirements as per the business needs.
Must have good working knowledge in Recruitment & Salary Negotiation, On Boarding Activities, Employee Relations, Exit Formalities.
Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures & programs.
Ensuring compliance to policies and code of conduct by the employees.
Providing effective and timely grievance resolution to employees.
