We have an Urgent Opening of Sr Specialist HR for a leading management Consulting client based at Mumbai & Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
New Hire Orientation program:- Manage end to end NHO process including, designing of the induction sessions, coordinating with the other functions and manage interactions with new hires
NHO Capstone:- Design, plan and execute the event to cover a refresher of all the trainings conducted in NHO
Training Days:- Plan a 1 day training program every quarter which will have all the important and relevant trainings based on TNA and execute it in all locations simultaneously
New PL Training :- Strategize and execute the New PL training program end-to-end by getting internal trainers and making the necessary arrangements.
ffsite: Be involved in planning and executing the end to end offsite for SA/C/P/PL Cohort Plan and execute cohort specific trainings for all locations, Strategize and execute the Associate Communication Workshop for the A,SAs and also coordinating with the external trainers ,Strategize and execute the executive Coaching program for all the Principals and also coordinating with the external trainers ,Strategize and execute the One-on-One coaching sessions for all as per their CDC inputs and also coordinating with the external trainers , Connecting with the global teams for implementing the best practices
Learning & Development analytics & reporting: Tracking and maintaining learning database - TrO , Attendance monitoring , Identifying suitable dates in line with global, regional and local event calendar, Update records for all employees on a real time basis - event creation and registration (a month in advance), event participation, facilitator contribution and feedback score, training recommendations from CDC and reminders, etc, Provide MIS from TrO for CDC kits and as required from time to time , Supporting regional and global teams for logistics for trainings in India.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
6-9 years of experience
Mature and able to hold conversation with senior stakeholders
An MBA or equivalent degree in HR
Note: Please note this role is for L&D division but open to look candidates from Generalist, HR coordinator, HR Specialist profiles as well.
