A Human Resource Manager with hands-on experience of 6-10 years in Recruitment as well as a Generalist profile, for a mid-size Private Limited Company, including Senior Management hiring. He/ She will be responsible for establishing strong HR processes by developing and implementing systems and procedure.
The person will be responsible for all HR Activities and initiatives under the guidance of the team head for the company including the following:
Talent Acquisition
Joining Formalities
Conducting Induction to the New Joinees
Understanding training needs of team members
Training analysis
Team member engagement initiatives
