Proven experience in non-IT especially for Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, Plant manager,
Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment landscape, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to joining formalities including salary negotiation with the candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
