JOB DETAILS
· Be actively involved in Recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process (Screening & Shortlisting Profiles, Scheduling & Interviewing Candidates).
· Ensure smooth on boarding Formalities- Appointment Letter, Documentation of new Joinees. To carry out Exit Formalities- Relieving Letter and other documentations.
· Looking for a smart experienced candidate with Experience in handling End to End Recruitment from junior to senior level hiring.
· Able to close the positions on time
· Work on job portal, good communication skills, Scanning of resume, client interaction, and candidates, lineup interview.
· Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JD's and devise the action plan.
· Execute pre-screening and /or telephonic / face to face interviews for junior, middle, leadership level positions and supports all parties in concern with the reporting officer.
