Should have experience of interviewing candidates in Face to Face, Telephonic and Virtual.
Should have in Hiring candidates for IT and Non IT roles
Must have knowledge about Headhunting, Cold calling, Industry Mapping
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through data base, using job portals, referrals.
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience
Good to have Team Handling Experience
Good to have knowledge on sourcing candidates from LinkedIn
