Job description
Analysis Extraction of BMS report (plant, employee project wise ).
Conducting Training Programs (plant wise and employee wise).
Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
Inspect project (employee wise group wise) and publish reports.
Plant Visit if required regarding challenges on BMS.
Coordination for Kaizen Competition.
Standardization of DTA PMS activities Supporting the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems Cost Saving SAP Awareness.
Analysis of BMS report (plant, employee project wise ).
Providing Training to employees regarding BMS.
Monitoring the activities of the BMS team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to Work from office from Pune Location.
Hands on experience with ATS/ HRMS/ SF/ Darwin box willbe added advantage.
