JOB DETAILS              
Job Description This role will lead the Training management & Operations pan India and will have a team of Training Managers reporting in • Recruitment & Development of Training Managers towards becoming Master Trainers • Setting up a network of Training Partners (TPs) in the respective districts within each state • Development of TPs to ensure high quality Training Delivery • Develop a robust Training process in order to ensure high throughput quality • Encouraging & guiding team members to complete projects leading to cost reduction and performance improvement. • Create and update the training modules as per business needs. • Conduct periodic training effectiveness checks and impact measurements. • Prepare and submit reports (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly / Annually) as per requirement of Senior Management. Required Candidate profile • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment • Ability to set-up systems and processes to remote monitor training delivery • Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness • Develop a mechanism to obtain continuous feedback from the customer towards customizing training content & delivery • Ability to work in tandem with the Operations and Client Relations team to ensure high quality output at the centre-level • Exceptional Communication skills – Verbal & Written • High ability to innovative and be creative in design & delivery • Excellent Inter-personal skills and conflict management ability • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent analytical and decision making ability
